Circle of Life Project (1/21/2008)

Some of you may know about this project already, but for those who don't, I feel it's worth noting here that the "Circle of Life" Project, which aims to be nothing short of a new film project taking off from where the Lion King universe leaves off.
The project, under the direction of CJ Webster (aka SkySoldja), is in need of talented volunteers in many areas of production, from art and animation to voice acting and music. There's a screenplay already written, and the project is actively seeking help to take it to the next level.
In the words of the project directors:
Circle of Life is an amateur production project inspired by The Lion King. It is the work of several creative, talented individuals (many of whom are active members of TLKFAA) who share a similar passion for Disney's greatest achievement. Already, the project consists of a script (now in it's fourth revision), a great variety of concept art and character models, and original music and lyrics. Although this is not an official Disney project, we hope to gain the support of the unofficial TLK fan community in the hopes of bringing our efforts to the eyes of Walt Disney Pictures. So in essence, the project is a pre-visualization that, with a lot of time and luck, might go beyond the realm of fan-fiction.
Since the TLK Fan-Art community is, by far, the most active and profilic anywhere, we think this is the best place to share our vision and hopefully recruit some talented people. Right now, we are about to begin the process of storyboarding and voice acting the script, and that means we need interested TLK fans like you to help us out! Что это такое? Сам тип проэкта не упомянут. "Скрипт"... Игра?

Это фаны хотят сделать полноценный мультфильм-продолжение ТЛК своими силами. И приглашают помочь всех желающих. Скрипт - это сценарий. То есть пишут что у них уже есть сценарий, много арта по теме, а также музыка и песни.

Нужно сказать что раньше была как минимум одна такая попытка, и они даже чего-то достигли, но потом в обществе начались скандалы, некоторые стали грозить настучать диснею, что дескать нарушение копирайта и все заглохло.
Надеюсь с этой попытки что-нибудь стоящее получится.

Какой смысл после этого даже сочувствовать, если эти горе-фильммейкеры даже в самом TLK не разбираются. И вообще что это за анимешная манера таращиться на персонажей даже если их опустили хуже некуда.
Я бы мог долго ругаться, но это то же самое, что обвинять полуторник в бредовости. На TLKFAA нет не только толковых аниматоров, но даже толковых художников, а те, что были давно уже на deviantart или furaffinity. Кто не верит, вперед перебирать AOTM'ов.

Мде... ппосмотрел сайт этого проекта, его оформление и рисунки... че-то меня терзаю смутные сомнения, что из этого что-то получится)
